Our mission at Girls Just Wanna O! started with an idea to encourage women to feel confident discussing about sexual wellness openly without shame, judgement, or double standards.

Who We Are
We are a small team of women trying to build the #1 place for women to learn about sexual wellness, while breaking the stigma surrounding sex. There is a lack of sex education around the world, and women often learn about sex and sexual wellness from friends or the media, creating unrealistic expectations about sex.
Our writing team includes practicing sex therapists, sexual wellness practitioners, and people who are passionate about the sexual well-being of all women.
Sex should not have to be a topic discussed only behind closed doors. We offer practical and helpful advice – backed by research and science – and we provide sources to the research data we find to ensure you are always getting the best and most accurate information and knowledge. We cover topics like sexual health, sex during and after pregnancy, libido, sex and menopause, and more.
Commitment To Diversity
Started by a non-white, queer woman, Girls Just Wanna O! is committed to leading the charge for diverse coverage of sexual wellness of all women, including women of all ages, races, health conditions, sexual orientation, and trans women. We are committed to developing a media model that encourages equal opportunities and representation — both in the stories we tell and the people we work with.
