About me

Most of us know what it is like to push aside uncomfortable feelings that we don't want to directly address. I can help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been abandoned or rejected.

I am a LGBTQAI+/kink/poly friendly therapist who celebrates diversity. I work with clients to address relationship and intimacy issues, navigate sexual identities, consensual non-monogamy, sex/porn addiction, and sexual dysfunctions.

With a trauma-informed and collaborative approach, I can provide guidance to individuals to deepen their relationship with themselves and help to create a foundation for building healthy relationships with others.

I am dedicated to cultivating a safe and accepting environment for my clients to discover more about their sexuality, transform it into what they want, and affirm who they are.

During my training in graduate school, I provided individual and group therapy for male veterans suffering from homelessness and substance abuse. While working with this population, I gained experience working with addiction and males who have experienced military sexual trauma.

I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #127672). I am being supervised by Dr. Rossana Sida (LMFT# 116114).

I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).

I'm currently accepting new clients for online sessions. Please contact me to learn more about me and my practice. Wishing you all the best in your healing and growth.
